Complete bands. We have recorded complete bands of all kinds. Country, Rap, Christian (easy-listening, metal, pop, etc.), Tijano, Heavy Metal, Rock, Folk, Jazz, African, Pop, and other types as well.
Singer/Songwriters. Many times singer-songwriters have come in with just a piano or guitar and recorded their music. This produces a warm, intimate-sounding CD. Oftentimes, the singer/songwriter adds more parts to songs if he/she plays multiple instruments. I play multiple instruments so it is not uncommon for a singer/songwriter to come in and record the rhythm and vocal parts then I add instruments (drums, bass, lead guitar, etc.). Adding parts gives the allusion of a complete band playing the song.
Slideshows. I have done numerous slideshow presentations for different occasions. Weddings, funerals, banquets, and other scenarios. Just bring me the photos in the order they should be presented as well as the background music and I can put it together for you in a nice package and recorded on DVD that will play on any DVD player.
Voiceovers. Numerous preachers and people doing radio presentations have come in and recorded here in Trent Studios. I have a nice selection of microphones that will fit just about any voice. Also, if someone wanted to record a "message" CD to send to a loved one, I can do that, too.
Karaoke. People come in and bring their favorite karaoke songs and I record their voice on top of the music so that it sounds like they were in the studio with the musicians. People walk away with a nice CD with their vocals featured on the recording. I record lots of these.
Song editing. Lots of pagents and contests have constraints on the length of song to be performed. People bring in their music and I edit out parts so that the song will fit in the time allowed. I also make compilation CDs made up of snippets of multiple songs that flow together for use in cheerleading shows, jumprope teams, etc.
Radio commercials. If you have an idea for a commercial or simply want me to produce one, Trent Studios can do that for you. I have tons of sound effects, background music, and a vivid imagination to produce some ear-catching commercials.
Live recording. Trent studios has a DAT (Digital Audio Tape recording machine) that is portable and can go on location to record a live event in stereo. This can then be transferred to CD. Again, we have some nice microphones and preamps so the sound is pristine.
Videos. Customers bring in their video tapes and Trent Studios converts them to DVDs. This saves wear and tear on the original tape. Also, we can add musical backgrounds to tapes with no audio as well as any commentary desired.
Cassette tape and LP conversion. Bring in your old cassette tapes and Trent Studios can put them on CDs for you. We have software that helps clean up the sound. I have converted lots of old, precious cassette tapes and LPs for people. If you have an old cassette that is wearing out, bring it to me and I'll put it on CD for you!
